Monthly Membership Meeting Minutes

Officers Present: Steve McCombs, President; Jeremy Miller, VP; Richard Darnell, Treasurer

Steve reported a few events coming up: DE in June, Elk Creek Winery Drive, West Baden drive with Evansville Group at the end of May and Cars and Coffee.

HPDE is June 10 at Putnam Park.  If you don’t want to drive on the track, come up and watch and join in the fun!

Richard reporrted we have paid for the track and spent the account down to $1800.  registration for the June DE opened Friday and we have 30 registrants.  It takes about three busines days for registration money to clear and be deposited in our account.

Upcoming events this year:

• Cars and Coffee at Java Brewing in Prospect – each 2nd Saturday of the month, 9-noon
• KYPCA Summer Heat HPDE – June 10-12
• Vintage Grand Prix at Mid-Ohio, Porsche is the featured marque – June 24-26
• Keeneland Concours d’Elegance - July 14, 15, 16, 17 (Concours on Saturday July 16) – stay tuned for club drive to this event – Featured marque is Alfa Romeo
• 7th Annual Porsches 2 Oxford – July 29-31 – over 400 Porsches – one of my favorite events! – stay tuned for club drive to this event
• 2011 Porsche Parade in Savannah Georgia – July 29 – August 7
• KYPCA Fall Fastival HPDE – Sept 16-18
• Louisville Concours d’Elegance – Sept 30 – Oct 2 (Concours on Sunday Oct 2) – Featured marque is Mercedes
