Monthly Membership Meeting Minutes

Steve McCombs gave us the membership report: 390 total members and of those 227 primaries. Four new members in July. He also mentioned the Keeneland Concours event – a good ride and show.

Cars and Coffee still going on second Saturday of each month and the Louisville Concours is coming up on October 2.

Steven Roundtree is planning a trip to Biltmore House – a one night stay and maybe a trip through the Tail of the Dragon. Stay tuned for more details.

Richard gave us the financial report: started with $30k and down to $11k after the $19k track deposit for the Fall Fastivall.

Jeremy reports that the DE is coming up very soon. Registration is open on MotorSportReg.com (new registration website)! Dates are September 16, 17, and 18th at Putnam Park Road Course. Don’t miss it if you haven’t been yet!

He also mentioned Putnam is going to be offering a club style membership with track time and clubhouse – contact Jeremy or Putnam Park for more details.

Upcoming events this year:

• Cars and Coffee at Java Brewing in Prospect – each 2nd Saturday of the month, 9-noon
• KYPCA Fall Fastival HPDE – Sept 16-18
• Louisville Concours d’Elegance – Sept 30 – Oct 2 (Concours on Sunday Oct 2) – Featured marque is Mercedes
